Hi, I'm Donette Ek, the heart behind D&C Event Rentals & Planning LLC.
After spending 20 years as a middle school Math/Language Arts teacher, life took a very festive turn when my four daughters started getting married. One wedding turned into another...and another...and suddenly I realized I was having way too much fun planning beautiful events to stop. So after wedding number four, D&C was born-purely for fun, fueled by love, and inspired by family.
I'm originally from Kansas and now happily living in Roca, Nebraska, bringing a little Midwest warmth and a lot of thought to every event.
Yes, the "C" in D&C stands for "Crew". My amazing crew includes my husband and my four daughters (as pictured). They're my built-in helpers, cheerleaders, and honest critics.
